Canadian singer/songwriter Garrett Olson and his group the Alcoves will be launching a new EP in the coming weeks and will be paying all new music live at the brewery to celebrate. Check out their single I Find below.

We met Garrett through our neighbours Hey Happy Coffee where he works, and we're thrilled to be hosting him and the Alcoves. We asked them to provide a little bio to describe their sound, so we'll let them take it from here:

"Alcoves, the latest project from Garrett Olson, Joel Jeschke, and Robbie Townsend establish their brand of indie-pop incorporating rousing melodies, lush guitar, and warbly synths that leave audiences in a daze of nostalgia. Formed during the pandemic, Alcoves was born out of collaboration while the three worked on other projects.  Conversational lyrics and urgent post-punk energy capture a raw and tangible sense of vulnerability; uniquely packaged in warm falsettos and dynamic composition with the textures of modern pop."
