Coastality Pale Ale | 5% ABV - 33 IBU
Coastality is a super chill hop forward North American Pale Ale, and our flagship brew, that features a heavy dry hop of Citra and Mosaic which gives this beer it’s citrus flavours and aromas. Bright, clean and crushable.
The name Coastality is in reference to our connection to living on the West Coast. It’s definition (that we made up, don't fact check this) means balancing your hardworking lifestyle while taking advantage of all that the coast has to offer. 95% of the grain in this beer is grown locally at Field 5 Farm.
Ice Cold Lager (ICL) | 4.8% ABV - 10 IBU
Our cool new lager quickly became a summer crusher. ICL is more crisp and refreshing than any other beer ever... It’s the coldest beer in the world. Pretty sure.
Fermented cold, transferred cold, conditioned cold, canned cold and stored cold and its personality is icy AF! Made with locally grown Pilsner and Vienna malt along with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this crispy boi was made to go down oh so cold… So keep those nips hard and these beers in your fridge! Burrrrr! 🥶
Vape Lord Hazy Pale Ale | 5.2% ABV - 18 IBU
This smooth, swaggy pale ale is a subtle nod to the sweet smelling bursts of clouds that are often caught wafting from sedans tinted windows all across downtown Victoria. Vape Lord boasts notes of citrus, resin, and a little bit of frat boy energy.
Classic West Coast IPA | 6.5% ABV - 69 IBU
A classic West Coast IPA with a distinct bitterness, deep golden colour, and notes of pine, resin, and citrus. An ode to the West Coast, our Classic IPA is Whistle Buoy’s version of the style that has come to define our region on the global beer scene.
Low Vis Hazy IPA | 6% ABV - 30 IBU
Low Vis is our rotating Hazy IPA series where we change the hops every time. The haze in these beers comes from the high proteins provided by the oats in the grain bill while also adding to a softer, smoother mouthfeel. Although the flavour fluctuates slightly, generally speaking it's the tropical fruit notes that will shine through.
Garden City Fieldberry Sour | 5% ABV - 0 IBU
Consider this beer a mashup of all of our favorite berries in a single tasty brew. We crammed in as many mixed berries as we can from our pals at Mitchell's Farm and Silver Rill Berry Farm in North Saanich.
The grain bill consists of exclusively locally grown pilsner and wheat malt from Field Five Malting… Making this beer extremely local, extremely juicy and extremely delicious. Keep your eyes peeled for new Garden City flavours throughout the seasons; Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, and Black Currant.
Stouty McStoutface | 5.8% ABV - 27 IBU
Sweet aromas of coffee and roasty toastiness give way to a smooth and easy drinking stout. Stouty McStoutface comes through with a soft mouthfeel and slight nuttiness thanks to a large helping of oats.
(Occasionally we serve this sweetie on nitro to really help accentuate the velvety mouthfeel!)
