Notes: An ode to one of our favourite hops, Mosaic. Made with a base of local pale, wheat and vienna malt as well as a sprinkle of carapils this blonde ale was hopped with strictly mosaic in the kettle and then dry hopped with both Mosaic pellets as well as Mosaic Spectrum allowing the Mosaic to shine through with notes of flowers, fruity pebbles and blueberry.
