Notes: Light and bright, this beer features wheat and oats to add a little body to the bright and refreshing citrus flavours. The saison yeast provides notes of pepper and fruit salad rounded out by Mosaic’s blueberry, tangerine, we tossed in some lemon peel to provide a little ray of sunshine to this beer as we head toward the warmer patio days. Slightly funky, zesty, and super fresh.
